The 100 L Cheddaring Vat is a compact unit designed for the controlled and hygienic execution of the cheddaring process (maturation and acid development) in kashar cheese production. It is an ideal solution for small and medium-scale production and pilot applications.

The 10 kg Steam Kashar Scalding Machine is a compact machine designed to perform scalding and kneading processes efficiently and in a controlled manner for small-scale kashar cheese production. It is especially suitable for boutique producers, pilot plants, and R&D studies.

 

Working Principle

The line starts with milk coagulation in the process tank.

The coagulated curd is separated from the whey through the cheddaring machine.

The curd that reaches the desired pH level is cooked in the ISC steam scalding machine.
