Butter Churn Drum
The Butter Churn Drum is a high-efficiency and hygienic production system used in the process of converting cream into butter. Thanks to its controlled churning process, it enables cream to turn into butter in a short time and ensures standard product quality in production. It offers two different cooling options: roll-bond cooling system or spray cooling.
Working Principle
The cream is loaded into the drum and churned by means of the rotating drum system.
During this process, the fat globules combine to form butter, while the buttermilk phase is separated.
By controlling the time and speed, butter with the desired consistency is obtained.
