The Outer Curd Draining Drum is a high-efficiency draining system designed to remove whey from curd quickly and effectively during the cheese production process.
Thanks to its external draining system, product flow is optimized and continuity in production is ensured.
Working Principle
The curd is separated by being drained through the outer surface of the drum. The curd moving together with the drum is drained naturally through its own flow without being exposed to any force.
The whey collected in the tray underneath is transferred to the desired location by means of a pump.
