The Inner Curd Draining Drum is a high-efficiency draining system designed to remove whey from curd quickly and effectively during the cheese production process.
Thanks to its internal draining structure, product homogeneity is preserved and high-quality results are achieved.
Working Principle
With the help of the pipe screw located inside the continuously rotating drum, the curd is moved forward through the drum. The whey separated from the curd is collected in the tray located underneath.
The whey collected in the tray is transferred to the desired location by means of a pump.
